Working Principle
The working process is divided into four key steps: feeding, vibration compaction, forming and demolding. When working, the operator puts the proportioned concrete into the feeding hopper, then, the vibration motor drives the mold to vibrate at high frequency, so that the concrete is fully compacted. After the concrete is initially set and formed, the mold is opened manually or automatically, and the finished product is taken out.
